At first I thought it would be like a cliche rip off from lights out lol, I’m sorry. But it wasn’t! I was surprised I really loved that it wasn’t a slow burn, it got right to the point in the beginning and I love how the affection for one another showed almost immediately.
The book itself is really good and has a good story.
I love an open ending, always keeps me on edge and I will be looking forward to a paperback and a second book!
Ohh and I like the way it was written. The way the author wrote from their perspective is different than the books I’ve written so far. In a good way!
This book was darkly fun from the very first page. Sarah was relatable and I couldn't decide whether I wanted her to resist or allow her psyche and her heart to crack wide open.

Portrait of a Stalker is a dark thrilling romance. The story was suspenseful, dark, thrilling and intense. The characters were possessive, intense, and bold. This was a great dark romance that I enjoyed.
A dark romance with danger, obsession, violence, possessiveness, and spice that kept edging me along in a psychologically tense story. Rose and Jake are intense, and the twists are delightful. Williams definitely keep an eye out for more from this author!
I don’t usually read romance thrillers and so it took me a while to get into it. It an atypical romance with twists and turns to it but once you get into it you will enjoy the read. The characters are well written and grow throughout the book with not everything as you initially thought.
I really loved the ritual vibe in this one! Had very likeable characters and a lot of hot obsession! I would definitly recommend.
Its a great story that won't disappoint. Its a dark stalker romance, Sarah and Ash's story. This story has it all dark, intense, thrill and of course it's spicy. It does have trigger warning which are very accurate, but I love this book.
